The Pacific Islander Initiative and the African American Community Health Advisory Committee will be hosting a Wellness Day on May 12, 2012 from 8:30am to 2pm at the Mills-Peninsula Health Services located on 100 S. San Mateo Dr. San Mateo 94401. In celebration of Pacific Islander Month and supported by local agencies; there will be free screenings and health professionals answering questions regarding mental and physical health. There will also be a free Mammogram screening between 9am and 1pm, but space is limited so please register for the Mammogram screening by 4/27/12.
